         The house is located in EL PUERTO DE SANTA MARIA to 3 kms of downtown, in the road way to Rota. Is located to 15 kms. of JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, to 24 km. of CADIZ (capital of the Country). One of the oldest cities of the West Europe.

         El Puerto de Santa María is placed in the Centre of 'Cadix Bay', in the right bank of the Guadalete river and surrounded by some great and important cities like San Fernando, Sanlúcar, Rota, Puerto Real, Jerez (Sherry) y Cádiz.

         El Puerto de Santa María is a picturesque and lively Spanish town situated on the Costa de la Luz, 20 minutes across the bay from Cádiz. It is located around the mouth of the river Guadalete. There are 22 km. of Atlantic coastline around the town, with many beaches of fine golden sand. This coastline is known as Costa de la Luz because of the unusually clear and intense quality of the light.

          El Puerto is located to 120 kms of SEVILLA, 150 kms of Moroco (3 hours driving, including the ferry), and 300 kms. of Portugal and Algarve. Well communicated, with highways, freeway, railroad and airports nearby, as Jerez (XRY) 20 min, Sevilla (SVQ) o Malaga (AGP).

          The most important Low Cost Airlines, as Spanair, AirBelin, RyanAir, Vueling and ClickAir, have regular flights to our city from many European cities.

        

         The property house is located in the area called "El Ancla" (The Ancor) next to commercial services and to 350 meters of Santa Catherine Beach. Is a semidetached brand new house with salon, hall, three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, porchs, privated parking, small garden and all amenities. Also with a large common garden with swimming pool in the back. Ideal house for five/six guess.

          The rents quoted include all bills: taxes, maintenance, insurance, cleaning, electricity, and water. In order to confirm a booking for a given period, we request an advance payment equal to 25% of the total rental cost". We don't ask for a security deposit but we hoped you take care with everything in the house during your stay. Just please, let us know of any breakages, so that future guests are not inconvenienced.

         We recommend minimum rent for one week. For another rental periods, please, write us asking information.
