         The house is located in EL PUERTO DE SANTA MARIA to 2,5 kms from downtown, in the way to Rota. Is located to 15 kms. of JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA, to 22 km. of CADIZ (capital of the County). One of the oldest cities of the West Europe.

         El Puerto de Santa María is placed in the Centre of 'Cadix Bay', in the right bank of the Guadalete river and surrounded by very important cities like San Fernando, Sanlúcar, Rota, Puerto Real, Jerez (Sherry) y Cádiz.

         El Puerto de Santa María is a picturesque and lively Spanish town situated on the Costa de la Luz, 20 minutes across the bay from Cádiz, with many beaches of fine golden sand. This coastline is known as 'Costa de la Luz' Light Coast, because of the unusually clear and intense quality of the light.

          El Puerto is located to 120 kms of Seville, 150 kms of Moroco (3 hours driving, including the ferry), and 300 kms. of Portugal and Algarve. Well communicated, with highways, freeway, railroad and airports nearby, as Jerez (XRY) 20 min, Sevilla (SVQ) o Malaga (AGP).

          The most important Low Cost Airlines, as AirBelin, RyanAir, Vueling, have regular flights to our city from many European cities.

         Our property villa house is located in the area called "El Ancla" (The Ancor), next to commercial services and to 350 meters of Santa Catherine Beach. Is a semidetached brand new full fournished villa house with salon, hall, three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, two porchs, privated parking, small garden with all amenities and appliances and very well equiped and decorated. Also with large common garden with shared swimming pool in the back into a very quiet small community. Ideal house for up to six guests. A perfect place to explore west Andalusia and South Spain.

Large lounge/dining room, Sofa for five, good lighting. Large TV LCD 38" FullHD/HDMI. Sat-TV giving access to English TV (BBC, Sky News, CNN, CNBC, etc). DVD player. Radio, CD Music and DVD Collention. Extended dining table and chairs.


Open patio, with big table and chairs for six persons and covered porch with table & armchairs. Small garden and swimming pool. A complete set of sheets and towels. Parking inside. etc.
Air conditioned in ground floor and fans in bedrooms.
Electric heaters in all bedrooms and ground floor.

and linen:

Clean towels and bed linen will be provided at the beginning of your stay. If your stay is over one week, another complete set of linen should be provided. Please, bring your own pool/beach towels.



Prices and Availability.


  • The rents quoted include all bills: taxes, maintenance, insurance, cleaning, electricity, and water. In order to confirm a booking for a given period, we request an advance payment equal to 25% of the total rental cost". This amount could be sent by mail, by banking transfer to our bank account 'Banco Santander', 'Bankia' or by PayPal, in this case, adding 4,5 % PayPal fare.

  • We don't ask for a security deposit, but in some especial cases a deposit could be requiested as garantee. This deposit will be send back some days after the contracted period. We hope you take care with everything in the apartment during your stay, and please, let us know if any breakages happend or something doesn't work well, (so that future guests are not inconvenienced).

  • We strongly request do not smoke inside the house

  • Minumun rental period: five days. For another periods or long term, please, write us and ask for an estimated.
